The Mouth is a website written, photographed, designed and compiled entirely by Benjamin Sand. 100% dedicated to the pursuit of making people happy. Not through nefarious substances or wrong-doings, but by the simple pleasure of eating good food and drinking great coffee.

Ben has been travelling the world for decades in the hope of finding the perfect bite. With that comes a lot of terrible meals, evenings spend hunched over toilets, food poisoning and immense disappointments; however, he has decided to offer his body as an instrument of science, to find that one glorious plate that will put a beaming smile on your face.

With over 4 decades of travel in Asia, and visits to over 100 countries, Benjamin definitely has the experience and authority to make your food & coffee adventures memorable.
